New headlight kit!!

I found these Headlight Conversion Kits

I sent an e-mail to them with a few questions...but these look like they should perform AWESOME!

Anyone ever used them, or seen them before?

I was gonna change to the sport lights, but these look like they should be even better!

BTW, I'm looking at the kit with the turns, and wiring included. I know they're a little pricey @ $695, but better lighting than what I have now is worth a BUNCH!! Especially with the sports that would run me about $400 by the time I got done with the lights, and all the wiring too!

Thanks Guys,
Chris

What I don't understand is, since the headlights are rectangular, why not make the lens on his replacement unit rectangular as well? Seems to me it would look better that way. I'll bet they do throw some pretty good light, though.

I've seen your gallery before Chris. I was just being nice and keeping my opinions to myself

I personally like the way they look. It makes it look tough.

I know, I'm a freak.

I spoke with the owner quite a bit on the phone. Very impressed.

Oh, and these guys are based out of Alaska. I can promise you that if it works in Alaska, it works-- period.

That's one thing that I don't understand either...but it might have to do with room for the mounting holes around the round lights?

What's the fun in that? With 313K on the clock, she's lucky to still attract any attention at all, be it good or bad, who cares!
Believe me, there's nobody on here that could offend me but making fun of me or my truck. You can only take letters on a screen "so" serious. And if you were to meet me in person, you'd know exactly where I stand

As soon as I here back from him about my questions, I'll let you guys know!

i could suggest a cheaper alternative, which uses your stock housing and adds new bulbs with power box for the HIDs and will give you 10X brighter light for much less...but im not sure if its agaisnt the rules here due to advertising...if someone clarifies that i can post the info i will let you guys have his web address to order from him

i know of a quite a few mustang owners, and a duramax owner who will tell ya that this kit is wel worth it.

But then you lose your high beams...and the crappy housings are still "projecting" the light all over the place.

I have put brighter bulbs in, and I'm running a "Brite Box," and my lights still suck...so I'm looking to fix this system!

I guess I'm used to the lights on Mom's new Suburban...those things rock compared to mine

The only grip I've heard with converting to HID's is that the stock reflector and lens are designed for it and throw the light in some weird places. I think it would still be better than stock though.
