I like the countours of the shape and the location of the driving lights and the recess for the lp. I think I would have done a softer radius on the deergrate, but I've been wrong before! I bet it looks even better in person. Nice job. Kurt

thanks. the total on the build time was about 25 hours including the basecoat clear coat paint. the material cost was about 300 dollars on the steel and add another 125 on the paint and the clear coat.

i wanted the grill guard to have the appearance of a cross between a grill guard and a bullbar. protects the headlights somewhat without going out around them. not so much like an oil field style bumper

to get the radius on the grill guard i took 90 degree weld let elbows and cut them down to a 60 degree welded them in . ground all welds smooth exept for grill guard base welds and the weld that attaches flatbar on edge below headlights and grill. total weight about 225 lbs.

Even though it's not my style, being a machinist by trade I have an eye for detail. The time and effort you put into the design and layout are awesome.
First rate job and excellent fit. It's the little things that count, like the lip below the grill and lights. The contour and placement of the lights etc.

Wow, I don't think I'd want to be a deer in your neighborhood. Looks nice, you spent a lot of time on the details and that makes a difference.
