How so? Don't like the chrome caps? I thought about painting them black also and doing the rams head in red. I also want to paint the truck black, but that costs money

I'll see if I can post some whole truck pics tomorrow.

Agreed, the whole combo of tire, wheel and center caps are just not attractive. but different strokes for different folks

I think that would look pretty cool with black caps and a red rams head

I think it's cool. Just get the caps painted black so it doesn't look like you picked up a spare set off ebay and it'll look slick!

what is important is if it looks good to him.....he is the only one he has to make happy. be pretty boring if we all had the exact same setups.
Looks fine to me.

Me personally, I'm not a big fan of the h2 wheels. Or a street treaded tire. But I also tend to need more than a street tread can provide....
Put a pic up of the whole truck.

They look better black, I think the black center caps with the ram head left chrome would be cool

I am still considering that option too. I kinda thought that might look nice, chrome ram, and one chrome ring around it.

This is strictly a tow rig and daily driver, I wanted a nice quiet tread with the highest dang load capacity I could find. I only want to hear my turbo sing going down the highway

Heres a quick pic I snapped earlier...too darn busy to get a good one.

Yeah they look terrible. You should take them off right away, and send them to me. I'll put them on my truck. My truck's ugly anyway. Really I think they look pretty good. Are the rims rated to carry the 3970 lbs?

just my experience... see the wide strip of tire tread on the rear tire that isn't making contact with the ground? you're losing tread life. it takes a little more effort, but find the best pressure for running empty (lower the pressure progressively until the tread is flat on the ground) and only max out the air pressure when you are towing heavy. ride will be MUCH better empty although you may feel a little more sway with slightly lower pressure.
