need schooling on injectors/nozzles
in the market for injectors and the different manufactures seem to offer nozzles and injectors that offer the same power ratings and i guess i dont understand how that works, are you going to get better results with an injector vs just the nozzle. ill let you guys school me on this one.
I put in the Jammer Stage 4 nozzles and have had great results. The cost was a big factor. I also thought that if I did not like them I was only out a couple hundreds compared to 600+ for complete injectors. Very easy to install nozzles. With my setup they run pretty clean. Some people claim they are very dirty, but not the case in my truck. One of the biggest noticeable single improvements I have made.
With complete injectors, you get a a drop in set. Installing nozzles, the pop pressures can vary. Getting the pressures checked and adjusted would be a good idea, but thats another expense.
I'd reccomend spending money on quality injectors, unless you know for sure that you are gonna go bigger in the future. I went from 80hp Jammer's to 150hp DDP's, and the smoke output didn't change, but it was stronger and ran much smoother.
