What is the correct thermo coupler depth for my r650 Issopro set up? I dont see anything in the instructions about this. Any help would be great.
Thank You all.

Just make it deep enough so its not touching the underside. I'm assuming you're going pre-turbo, so after you drill and tap into the manifold, just make it deep "enough" to where its not touching the underside. Good luck,

Hunter

Thanks guys, I spent some time looking in the search zone and found a .3 to .7 of an inch dimension, I set it in .5. works great so far. was unsure about adjusting the thermocoupler. Issopro catalog does not list a R650 as adjustable, but I loosened the upper nut and pulled it up. It was pretty stiff at first ,the ferruel was holding it in place.

spoke with technical at isspro and they said that they did not have a recommendation as to location, up to the buyer. also said that the probe should be inserted to the middle of the tube or runner.

As said earlier, adjust it to be in the middle of the runner.
