I need some help fellas. I am getting ready to remove the Banks ottomind computer and put in my new Comp Drag. I can't find any installation instructions for the Banks system that I can use to remove all the wiring connections. Before I call Banks, I wanted to see if anybody here has a set of installation instructions I could get a copy of? I know where the box itself is. I just need to know where all the connections are. Please help me rid my truck of this Banks stuff and move up to Edge Comp power!

ds1rider - don't put it in even if it's free, they had major problems with the Ottomind modules for 24v's, and if you don't take my advice, just do this: go find the closest wall and start banging your head on it until you pass out, then hopefully any ideas like this will exit your mind

 

 

Okay, but how about helping me get it out of there first.

 

I would start at the computer cable connections to the VP pump and then find the MAP sensor and see if there is a plug or tap there.

I assume its like any other box and just "T"'s into the harness right at the pump. The module should be easy to find. If its like anything else BANK$, it will have about 15 million neon stickers on and around it... Serously the module should be easy to locate..
