Thumbs down Is My Fass Broken?

I have the Fass kit installed on my truck and I'm just wondering if it is performing the way that it should. At idle fuel pressure is ~16psi, upon gentle acceleration I can pull it down to ~12 psi. If I really walk on it I can see ~10.5 psi. I put this fuel pump on my truck because of all the testimonials on this website......so far not very impressed. Only power mod I have is the Superchips on Max.

I would stick a restriction gauge on there just before the FASS and go from there. being close to the tank , you shouldnt have anymore then 2 in. of restriction.

When was the last time you changed your filters?

How cold is it there? Are you running winter blend or straight #2?

The fass was just installed about 3000km ago, and we are running #2 winter blended (I think). I never thought of the restriction gauge though. Thanks

If you got the Fass system with the filter system, bypass your stock fuel filter. I run a 1/2 line all the way from the fass to the injection pump. My pressure is 16 psi at idle and 13psi at wot. If you want stock filter system, you get a different spring for your pressure relief. I got my line made at a Hydraulic shop. I got higher flowing fittings 3/4npt to 1/2barb that where crimped on. There a pressure port on the pump if want to try some troubleshooting.
