Mud Flaps - Installation?

Hey guys

Picked up a set of heavy rubber mud flaps for the Cummins.

Have a set of street flares now as well.

Hubby commented that the flaps may require a bracket for the rears.

Any recommendations? Someone in the Edmonton, AB area who can install them for me?

Help, please??
