MPG with mods

Hi guys

I am looking at getting a 2002 2500 24v 4x4 quad cab long bed 4.10. During summer. I wanted to know what would my MPG be with these mods assuming I drive nice and easy and put the TST box in the low setting

1. Piers towing twins
2. 150 hp injectors
3. Hotrod pump
4. TST PowerMax™3
5. Built tranny
6. All other supporting mods necessary

thanks,
Andrew

The 4.10's are gonna hurt unless you run a 35" tire, I cant give a accurate number. With 33's , 3.55's and a 5spd, I get 17.5 at 2100rpm's and about 70 mph on the highway with the comp on 3x3. The injectors MIGHT add 1/2 mpg on the highway but will cost that and more in town.

Your not going to see a huge increase in mileage with a 500hp truck. There will be marginal gains due to better fuel atomization and increased timing but nothing thats gonna be drastic.

I you want real milage get a smarty and Mach 1's, then put an egg under your throttle.

I will be driving in the low setting most of the time. I would be happy with the truck getting 15 mpg is that possible with the mentioned mods?

Would I suffer in turbo spool up with 3.73s?
Right now I have 4.88s in my Ford F 550

15 is achievable with those mods as long as you can keep your foot out of it. Which you said you planned on doing. I know if I had a truck with 500+hp and twins, my foot would ALWAYS be in it. Not sure how the spoolup would differ between 373's and 410's, you can add tire size to that equation too. Again, not sure about gear ratios, tires sizes and turo(s) spooling.

Does anyone have similar mods that I have listed, if so what are your MPG numbers?

Thanks,
Andrew

150 hp injectors
Hotrod pump
TST PowerMax™3

I've got these three mods and get around 17 most of the time. Even with a lot of idle time in the winter mileage was always above 15.
