Ok my Mag Hytec DD pan just showed up and I will attempt to put her in this weekend. Has anyone done this? Any advice on the install? I am thinking of changing the fluid to syn, how do I drain the fluid in the tc?<br><br>Any advice would be appreciated.<br><br>Thanks!!!<br>Luis

 

I had a Mag Hytec DD pan on my truck, didn't install it myself but a big, big change in the way it ran. Hope it works out for you.

 

The top header has a Tech Facts section full of neat info on stuff like that.<br>Here's an example:<br>Changing fluid and filter on Auto Trans.

If you spend alot of time dragging a heavy trailer with an Auto tranny , I'd say Synthetic ATF will be your bestest buddy.

 

I use Amsoil myself and I like it.
