Looking for 500 RWHP

With the current mods i have already, you can see what my dyno numbers are, i was wondering what it would take to get my truck to 500 RWHP on #2 only. Would upgrading to a drag version of the comp do it or do i need something more, Thanks for the help

Twins would get ya there. The only thing a drag comp would do would give you about 40hp more from 2700-3200rpms.

yeah, that was what i thought about the drag comp, i have been told by some that it not really worth the money for the upgrade. Yeah twins would do it for sure, just a little more then i want to spend at this point in time, but there will come a time for them

Heck we use Mach 4's, drag comp, and a PS62 turbo and always end up between 515 and 525 RWHP.

The twins you have are great but they are very small, heck we have street trucks making over 600 driveable RWHP single charger with no problems. As for the biodiesel the dyno results we have show a slight HP reduction when running biodiesel.

I'm over 520hp with my current combo. And I was in the 470s with Mach 3s, the HTT 62/12 turbo and a drag comp back in early 04. The current combo is good for mid 12.80s and 20+ mpg on the highway.

Do you guys think that i would notice a big difference between some mach4 or 5 compared to the bully dog stage 5 injectors that i am currently running? Maybe i will have the comp upgraded

There is nothing wrong with the Bully Dog injectors you are running, they are a good injector..... Personally I prefer Formula 1 injectors over the Bully Dog injectors due to reduced smoke and egt's for a given size injector plus improved throttle response. Also when it come to extrude honed injectors there are HP differences between sets due to the way they manufactor them.

Bottum line is you won't see a BIG difference between the injectors, the Bully Dog stage 5's are 180 HP and the Mach 5's are 200 HP. There will be a difference but not a BIG difference.
