i need to install a lock up switch to solve my convertor issues, correct me if im wrong here, i need to put a jumper in the correct location on the tranny relay, then i need to take that orange black wire and i need to connect it to a switch so it can be grounded. how can i do this? just splice into it and run it to the switch and have the switch grounded. i was also reading you could get a resistor on that wire instead of jumping the terminals in the relay? how so? please explain this to me, its all new and i have read and searched for hours for simple instructions.
