Just as an update to this. I went thru several sets of silverstars, higher wattage bulbs and now that I have HIDs, I am the happiest.

I forgot about this thread, bully holy do those headlights put out a lot of light!! So are the Flashtech HIDS the bulbs and wiring, or just the bulbs? Do you have to purchase the Relay Harness separate? Those are the lenses I will probably go with as well when I upgrade my headlights.

I sold my relay harness from LMC. The flashtech HID kit comes with its own harness, ballasts and bulbs.

Plug in the bulbs to the stock socket.
Mount the ballast on each side.
Run and plug the harness in
Hook up the power and grounds to the batteries

Thats it and you are in business.

I ordered my kit directly from Flashtech. Oncoming traffic does flash occasionally, but not anymore than when I had the regular bulbs in there.

Update to this thread... I found a deal on Flashtech H/L HID kits mentioned on another diesel site. Price is $219 shipped.

I am not affiliated with them, but was doing some research and found the thread which mentioned this site:
http://www.dfuser.com/catalog/hid_headlights.php

Same kit as haloman got it would seem.

Haloman... yours still working great?
