Leveling kit ?

When I installed my leveling kit I noticed that the frount axle is sticking out the drivers side more than the passangers side. Im guessing because of the stearing linkage. What is the best and cheapest way to move everything back to normal. Thanks Joel

It's not because of the steering linkage, it's from the trac-bar.

Trac-bar is a specific length for the stock suspension height.

Raise the truck up, track bar pulles the axle to the drivers side.

The only fix is an adjustable track bar.

It isn't enough movement to warrant a relocation bracket like the 4inch and up lifts have.

I noticed the shift when I had my 2" spacers, but noticed it less and less each day.
Don't know if things were settling, or if I was just getting used to it.

Here's a thought...when I put the spacer lift in my TJ, I unbolted the trackbar from the axle and drilled another hole about 3/4" towards the drivers side and reattached the trackbar there.
The axle sits centered under the Jeep.

Now if I could figure a way to center the rear axle things would be perfect.

That may be fine on a 4000 # Jeep. I'm not going to do that on a 7000# truck.

That's just me. It's your truck, do what you want.

Even better than using a 2" block to level the front end my mechanic suggested changing the front springs to 1 ton springs and that will level it off. I'm gonna change the springs this fall and post some pics.
