Level lift questions

hey guys whats the best route for the 2" level lift up front?
I am thinking of doing it for my dodge. do i need to realight the truck? what is best route, springs/spacers?

should i replace shocks when i do it?

You will need new shocks as the originals will be to short.

I would recommend the skyjacker D25 coils.

I used 2" steel spacers from Top Gun Customz and so far I am very happy. Just over $100...they say you should align your truck and you can use stock shocks.

I put in some steel 2in. spacers in dec. of '02. I used the stock shocks and didn't get it aligned. So it's been almost 2 years, and the front tires are wearing perfectly. I would get better shocks if I did it over though. The stock shocks are fairly poor, and it would be real easy to put the new ones in while doing the lift.

I have the SJ D25's on my pickup and would recommend them. I would also replace the shocks while installing the springs. I think the new spring gave it a better ride.
