Simple but great setup for around here... 100W Air craft landing lights and 55W standard flood lights...
Driving light, jake brake and reverse lighting controls...
Reverse lights too..
I got to admit it's not a PIAA or Lightforce but these light are plenty bright for the highway. I also don't have to pay big $$ when I break a light or lens... The replacements are only $18 bucks at a NAPA store.

For the working class person that is going to drive his/her truck everyday on these roads and they pour gravel and sand on them heavy. I sure the heck are not going to spend $300-600 on a set of lights. My first set of driving lights where $80 and a rock ended it life in about 9 months. The lens wasn't replaceable either. A friend turned me on to the aircraft lights. They are 100W bulbs and can put a patch of light down the highway as far as 1/4 mile. The bulbs are cheap to replace if they get damaged. Most all NAPA's sell them. I heard of larger wattage bulbs but why... These are so strong now I can't tell if my headlight are even on!
The mounting buckets are full rubber so they will take abuse from debris and 4x4 in the woods. The most that has happen to any of my lights is they get folded under the bumper. So what... I just re-aim them later in the evening...
Not try to knock you other guys out there but there are some of use that can't afford Lightforce / PIAA lights or the evironment conditions for our truck won't allow a good life span.
Nice Setups for the rest of you...

I have the KCs on my third gen, and they work very well for less than a $100. I have the black because at the time I bought them, they were mounted on a black winch mount. Turn um on and can't tell the headlights are on. 100w and 4 yrs old. (can see um in gallery) I have no complaints.
I think they are 6".......................
i agree i cannot see spending alot of money on a set of lights. but hey to each is own....i will tell yall this and some of you may laugh...i got my last 3 sets of light out of the junk yard...set 1 was hellas 5x7 w/ 100w bulbs paid 10 bucks........set 2 and 3 were kc one set was round and one set was 5x7 both had 100w bulbs and i paid 10 bucks for each set....now i wish i kept em instead of selling them w/ the trucks...but if you are not pickey and you dont care what kinda lights you get check out the junk yards...you might be suprised....
I still have my 1st set of KC's that I bought back in 1979
...I have had them on four different trucks now and they still work as good as the day that I got em
..back then I think they were like 50 bucks for the set.

I'm just running the 5x7 $35 dollor special from advance auto. plastic housing with plastic rock gaurds replaced the 55w bulbs with 100w. They were on two other trucks on the front mounted to the bottom of the bumper. now there under the rear mounted to the hitch getting pounded by the dually mud grips. they are about 12yrs old and not aproblem with them yet. 2 bulds and one rockgaurd "got turn on and melted under the covers once" no other problems
