Get the 5in MBRP kit I have it and it is great. I highly recomend taking off the and the muffler though. Not only does it sound amazing but better than any muffled non sense I have ever heard. I had it on there for awhile with the mufr and . I told myself this time keep it on but I could not do it. The performance you gain, and phenominal sound make it worth it. Straight pipe no cat is the way to go bud.

Yes you could there bud. I want to cut mine right after it humps over the axle so its pointed down a little and tucked way under the truck. Right now it is a 6 inch tip and it sticks out a little past the truck. Im really serious about the straight piping though. Theres nothing better sounding in the WORLD OF MOTORS THEN A DODGE WITH OVER 600HP STRAIGHT PIPED AND JUST RIPPING HARD. I would rather hear that then a FERRARI anyday.

Do not buy a 5in exhaust for your truck. You will lose low end tourqe. Unless you plan on bombing your truck to over 450 rwhp. Do a search on it. I have an MRPB cool dual on the way. I got the 5in into dual 4's but sent them back after I read about losing low end power with the 5's One other thing is your truck an 04 or 04.5? if its an 04.5 just get a a new muffler unless you want duals

He might be right. I know you dont get any extra performance with 5in unless you have power like I have. I got 5in becasue I knew my duallys engine would grow to be as strong as king kong and It sounds amazing straight piped.

I definately didnt notice a loss going to the 5". If 5" is what you want then get it.

I think I read that too (regarding 5inch vs. 4inch)... I think a few guys with 6.0s did some research and found the same loss with a 5inch. I've seen alot of posts where guys say not to go 5inch unless you are building a horsepower monster!
