Kore Leveling kit for a '96

I'm looking at the kore leveling kit and the website says it will fit 98-01. Is there any reason why it wouldn't fit a 96? I would imagine the suspension is the same? Has anyone put one on a truck older than 98?

I emailed Kore and they responded that yes it'll fit, but 12v's are lighter and use a different spring rate, therefore it would be a stiffer ride. They apparently just recently discontinued their 12v springs. Are the 12v's really that much lighter than the 24v's that it would make a big difference? I'd imagine it'd still be an improvement over stock. The lorenz system is also listed as 98.5 and later so at first glance it looks like it might be the same issue. I'm just looking to level my truck without spending a fortune, but i'd rather do it while improving the ride if possible instead of just sticking in spacers.

Kore's leveling with you. I use their coils on my '07 because of the camper weight. They are relatively firm on an unladen truck. Sean can help you and provides excellent service. He won't kill you on the shipping either. Give him a buzz and talk it over.

Where's the cheapest place to get bilstein shocks? Maybe I'll try to put together my own kit.
