I have been a member for awhile but this is my first post. I have learned so much since becoming a member. Anyway...

I am seriously considering buying JWA but had a question on the truck speedometer. Does the JWA recalibrate the truck speedo and mileage to match the oversize tires? I have the Superchips and it re-programs the truck computer to read actual mph. Does the JWA do this as well? I know the Juice monitor reads actual mph. Any info will be helpful. Thanks

you put in the stock size that the trucks spedo has been calibrated on, then the new size, then it just calculated the difference.

but no, it changes nothing within the truck itself, so i guess your ODO and overhead fuel meter would all be off

 

The JWA will correct the speedo on its on display, not on the speedo in the truck. I do not even use this option myself, the gauges are more important to me.
