So I picked up a relatively stock truck with 190k on the ticker... had it for about 3 months now...

Its got a FASS installed and looks like the PO had a tuner (velcro strip on the fuse box)....

I'm picking up a juice/attitude for it currently but will I see problems running stockish exhaust and intake? I've got a 1000 mile round trip planned pulling two off road rigs and want just a little bit of added power for the haul.. (maybe pulling 13-14K lbs.)

Exhaust is straight 3" pipe to a cylindrical no-name flow through muffler. (no cat.. did it have one stock?)
Intake is stock minus high flow K&N filter...

 

from what i read the intake is good for some 400 hp but in my opinion as an effort to get your EGT's as low as possible for towing get an exhuast system. on ebay you can get a 4 inch turbo back aluminized for 200 and all you have to do is pay for shipping
