Options:
Hardware store and a turnbuckle (you have to buy two so you can have the proper hooks at each end) and about 15 minutes of work to install it. You'll be hitting 30+psi quick. Danger: you may overspeed your turbo. Cost: less than 5 bucks.

J-Hook is available through Bully Dog or TST products. 15 minute install. This has a spring that still allows the wastegate to work, just later. You'll hit real close to 30psi maybe even over with enough fuel. Safer for the turbo as it keeps it inside of its efficiency range.

Type jhook into the search field above you'll find pics, etc...

Will you notice it? Yes you will. Once she gets above 25psi you will notice the difference. Is it worth it? Yes!

To let you know I had the turnbuckle but my poor turbo was screaming so went to the j-hook and have been happy ever since. I still need more turbo than what I have, but it works for what I do with the truck.
