so with all these mods that we are all doing should intercoolers be upgraded?

 

The intercooler is definately a spot that can use improvement. Our intercooler is close to being finished. On our 04 truck at 500hp 70psi of boost with inlet temps of 540 Deg the outlet was 130deg with less than 1psi loss from inlet to outlet. It also picked up 40hp. Our 02 at 600hp is showing very promising results so far. We should see it in a couple of months. From what we have seen it is definately going to be worth the upgrade.
