Intake Plenum

Anyone have any experience with either a Glacier Diesel Power Air-Boss VP Intake Plenum or Crazy Carl's Tunnel Ram VP?

Sure wish I did, the Tunnel Ram looks nice.

I got the intake horn and it was a sweet deal.

It has 2 ports pre-tapped. Hope somebody who's got one chimes in!

i have carls tunnel ram and intake horn, although i cant say how much better it is than stock, as i put those on at the same time i installed my turbo. but just by looking at it, it seems like it would make a difference. not to mention you can get the tunnel ram and horn for the cost of a CFM horn. oh and i also took out the grid heater.

Most folks don't notice any performance improvement with aftermarket intakes.
Now maybe if you were pushing over 750 hp it might make a difference.

I don't know about the other two but when I put on my cfm I noticed quicker responce out of the turbo I don't think any more power but the truck was definatly peppier do to the faster spool up but than again it could be in my head trying to justify the cost of the cfm

Only way id mess with the intake plenum is if I machined it all off for porting and got an intake runner. Probably not worth it except as a dress-up item.
