Installed my Adrenaline last night

This thing is great. I have only drove it home from my shop but definately alot of fun. Very nice and clean install but I have a couple questions,
When I put it on 8 or higher my egts go to 1300 very fast. What is a safe egt and how can I get that down and still have some fun. 10 is usless if I can't stay in it more than 30 seconds.

When I installed my airdog I had to relocate the fuel pressure sensor to the top of the airdog setup. I had to add about 10 feet to the wire from the adrenaline to reach it. How acurate is this guage now, does the extra wire length change anything I should adjust for?

In all it took me about 10 hours to install the airdog, drawstrawI in the tank, new apps, new vp44, adrenaline and the pulse controler mounted in a pillar mount.

Anyone know how to display fuel pressure on the pulse? All I can get out of it is a warning that I set to come on if I go under 10 psi.

Just installed one myself last night too. Love it. The truck really scoots now. I'm just wondering how long my clutch and vp are gonna last now!

Been there and done that. Start saving for a tranny now for the auto. Clutches dont last long either. This box will find any and all weak links. My EGT's will hit 1650 for short (powerstroke, etc) lessons in learning. You will be fine for a quick run.

If I have the box on 8 or so and want to smack around a dmx I can let my egt's go to say 1400 or 1500 just for a short burst and not have any issues? It only gets that high when I am at WOT and stay there for a few seconds. It gets hot really quick.

Tranny is on its way.

You need a bigger turbo. That little Hy ain't gonna cut it. At least look at getting a used HX35 until you can afford a bigger turbo.
