You must be running the stock lift pump as well cause all I get unregulated with my blue by itself is 15 at idle and 11 at WOT. Been running it for almost 3 years now and it's still holding that pressure.

Thread tape??

You should use a thread paste on fuel lines! (Just repeating the admonishment given to me when I purchased my gauges)....

There is a fuel grade teflon tape. It is kind of yellowish in color. I do know most systems say to not use it though. I know most of the fittings are brass and you should be able to get them not to leak, but sometimes that doesn't work. I'd just stay away from the orifice at all with tape, in other words keep the tape about 2 threads up the male pipe thread. Same goes for any brush on thread sealant.

I think that your problem might be that the fittings on the LP and filter housing are not NPT they are a straight thread. that's why the banjo fittings have washers.
I'm someone here will chim in with the correct type of thread.
NPF or BPT

Are you Jake? If so, how's the ECM working out for you?

The blue pump is a Holley Blue fuel pump, you can get them at advance auto.

I will be installing a black pump shortly and have a couple questions for ya if you dont mind. what size are the stock fuel lines, and what did you wire to. I would like to run the pump on the same cycle as stock with the stock one in place. any info would be appreciated. thanks. Dan

I used a relay to power the blue pump. I pulled power to trigger the relay from the positive wire going to the stock pump.. The stock fuel line is 5/16, 1/4 rubber hose will fit over the 5/16 just right, you can cut it up by the transfer case with a small tube cutter.
