5 hole injector

Just had them rebuilt, pop test showed pop pressure from 3600 to 4000 psi.

are they a standard bosh injector tip?

That nozzle is not stock for a 92 engine as far as I know.

It generally is in the KDAL 59P5. Not the KDAL 59P9

Looks like the shop just took some nozzles from a similar application and used them.

It is possible though that Cummins used this nozzle and injector combo for a very short period between the change from 9mm nozzles to 7mm nozzles.

here is a picture of the old injector tip before the new ones were installed. They were bought on ebay and were said to be bulleydog 50 hp injectors. Not sure ont this, have heard something about them possible being some marine nozzels but do not have any other info.

would like to get pictures of the different types of injector tips that are out there and maybe put something together to help in identification for other owners out there. you can never be sure what the guy before you has done or changed from the origional setup.

one good note is that the nozzels were only $19.50 each and now I know that they have just been rebuilt.

If I can find enough time to get them in and try them out.
