Does Cummins make a 310 HP injector for the 2002 HO motor? If they do has anyone put them in?

 

No,
But Bosch the Cummins supplier for B series injectors manufactured a 275hp injector and 300hp injector for industrial application.

Each one of these industrial injectors should net about a 40-50hp gain in a stock Dodge/Cummins pickup truck.
