I see everyone upgrades their stereos, so I was wondering if anyone would give or sell me their old front door 6 X 9 amplified speakers if they worked when removed? Mine is a 2000 year. please send an email

you can have mine when i get the new ones RF doesn't seem to want to work but they are yours for the asking

 

I haven't run into any speaker problems with the truck, but when the speaker cones started cracking up due to heat and age on the Infinity system in my wife's 2000 Durango SLT+, I couldn't find any suitable aftermarket replacements without major system mods. This was due to the fact that the factory Infinity speakers were 2 ohm while the aftermarket speakers were 4 ohm. I finally gave up and bought OEM replacements.

I think the infinity kappa speakers are offered in 2 ohm. Check crutchfield.

 

I have found the motherload of used speakers on eBay!
