When i go to get a bhaf is that what i ask for, a BHAF or something else? also are the heat shields that this site shows how to make universal/ they work on all the CTD (mines a 97)

 

Fleetguard AH19002 is the marine version of the MHAF ( medium honking air filter). I bought one for a friend of mind at Cummins Southern Plaines recently and paid about $64.00 U.S for it. This filter is 2 inches smaller in overall diameter than the regular BHAF. The p/n for the marine version of the regular BHAF is AH19004 and sells for $100+ U.S. The marine versions of the filter have a wire mesh screen on the inside of the filter as well as the outside, and, as pointed out above, are waterproof. The regular BHAF, Fleetguard AH19037 sells for about $42.00 at Cummins Southern Plaines.
