Talking I Lied

I told myself after the 4" exhaust and Van Aaken box,
"thats it". Now after two weeks with the box I want to
add some "275" injectors, then "thats all". What would
my final numbers be HP/Torque ? Also, if my fuel pressure
never drops below 7-8psi at WOT,do I really need to upgrade
the fuel lines with this setup.

I think once you put in those 275's that you may see your fuel pressure at WOT dip a bit lower. You may just want to add a Carter 4600HP 8psi pusher down on the frame rail, it will also help your factory LP live to a ripe old age

You will like those 275's, it will feel like what the VA box did to your stock truck.

Do the Bosch 275 injectors come in a matched set
of six. How do you know if the "pop off" pressures
are all the same. I'm not looking for the absolute cheapest
price ,just want good quality. Can anyone reccommend a vendor
for the Bosch RV 275 injectors.

why in GOD's name would anybody buy less than a 100hp injector???

Less than 100hp won't make smoke at will and won't give enough power to justify the sixpack to put them in

I'm currently at 51,000 miles and want this truck
to last a long time ,so I am staying on the
conservative side. If I go with bigger injectors
doesn't that lead to pusher pump, new clutch,
EGT issues , etc.

The bosch 275's will give you a smoother idle and better fuel economy. They are brand new injectors that should not require a core.

Were is the best place to buy them. Local injector
shop quoted $69.95 ea X 6 = $419.70. Online
shops have them anywhere from $285 - $350.
I want genuine Bosch not some knock off.

For those of you out there that have installed
their own injectors. What was the hardest part.
Just looking at my engine injector #6 must be
a bear.

Its cake really. The hardest part is usually loosening the #6 injector line at the head and getting all the little injection line retainers back where they're supposed to be. If you can change your oil you can swap injectors.

Changing injectors ended up being considerably easier than I had been led to believe. It only took me about two hours, and that was taking my sweet time making sure to do everything just so. Not all that difficult really. If you would like to read the instructions you can download them here:

My advice would be to do the work yourself and save the cash.
