Question HX40 Power

Does anyone know what the absolute most boost you can get out of an HX40 turbo is? I have one on my 01 2500 as you see in my sig. I want to close off the waste gate to get more, but not sure how to do that or even where the waste gate is at on the turbo. If anyone can, could you give me some good step by step directions on how to do this. And is there a danger in closing it completly? Thanks is advance!!

Do a search on this. There's a limit to stay below. They will snap a shaft if you go over that limit, but I'm not sure what it is.

I wouldn't advise pushing over 38-40lbs max

40psi is considered the max.

More boost make the adjusting rod shorter, less boost make the rod longer.
