I got an ATS manifold off craigslist and was wondering if an HX40 will bolt right on and if I'd have to do anything to the down pipe. Would it even be worth the trouble or am I just making nonsense work for myself.

 

It will bolt on to the manifold no problem, but you will need to get an hx40 down pipe.
