The bearing housing has to be machined larger under the compressor wheel to set the new 60mm wheel in place which I did on a lathe for mine.

Yep, took mine to a machine shop to have it done. Probably a $50 job, but I knew the guy so he did mine for next to nothing. Gillett will send you the instructions with the amount you need to machine.
But I think they also have a wheel and housing that doesn't require machining, but they say it will probably surge and recommend the one that does need machining.

i was thinking how can htt charge $80 do do the machine work it looks like a $30-50 job at most.

It'll peg 1500F at WOT in about 10 seconds...burned and had to replace the head gasket last summer and that was with the 14cm exhaust housing too.
I want to try wastegating through another pipe and see if that'll free up some excessive drive pressures and hopefully lower temperatures.
