Whats the best to go with when you want to put injectors in. Whats the best company to go with and how big should i go with running the stock turbo and an airaide intake and a banks down pipe.

i would go with at least 150hp. you wont be able to use the edge as much but it will save you from getting bigger stixs later on.

F1 is the best. ddp make good ones too. buy what you can afford.

i ve had 2 sets of jammers, 1 set of full injectors and 1 set of nozzles.

good luck and shop around a lot before purchasing.

I would go with full injectors. I think you don;t save enough for nozzles to be worth it, unless you can pressure balance them yourself.
Choice of size depends on your needs and wants. Hohn drove Mach 4s with a stock turbo, although I am sure one could make a lot of smoke doing that. I drive 1.6 with HX35 and love it.
F1 Machs are the best (at least considered so on this forum). DDP is close second, and then it fans out with jammers being the least desirable ones - hotter and smokier for the same power gain.

Nozzles and a injection shop that will set them up cheap will be cheaper than buying a whole injector, but you'll have the down time of taking them out and running them to the shop, then turnaround time before they're back in your truck. If you don't want the hassle then buy the whole injectors. I wouldn't recommend putting nozzles in without having a shop pop test them before they go in your truck.

Mach 1.6 nozzles?

Does anyone know if the Machs are even available as nozzles only? I have a spare set of injectors that have dinky little Bosch 175 nozzles but they only have about 40k miles on them. If I can find a set of M1.6 nozzles I've got all the time in the world to have them cleaned and balanced. I don't have any intention of ever going big power though I might eventually do some minor fuelling mods. Not having my waste gate open at 19 lbs would also be a bonus!

Thanks! Randy.
