Get the engine warm first and at least your hands will be warm. Take a shot or two to take care of the rest of the chill

Well, I was on the phone and ordered the 62/71/14, can't wait to get it on. I know the install seems easy (seems!) but every time I get wrenching there is something that makes the whole process a lot more complicated than it needs to be, any major pointers? Mainly I have heard I might need to dimple the oil line.

No need to dimple the oil line, just turn the compressor housing till it clears. This is called "clocking" the housing.

Checked out "clocking" and seems alright, hope I don't need to though. The injectors are on the way with it, DDP 150's.

When you get it installed, give us some info on temps etc. for comparison sake.

No problem, I will probably have the injectors first, get a look at how they run with the stock turbo(while being careful though), then how they run with the new baby!

Good idea, do a test to compare temps, spoolup etc. Nice!
