How much power?
How much hp/tq would you say I have?
98 24v auto w/ a Predator stage 3, 4inch turbo back straight pipe, afe intake?
How about if i added an ez?

Should be right around 300hp-310hp at the wheels. Probably a little more.
I'm not familiar enough with Predator to comment on its timing characteristics and interaction with an EZ.
The above is based on the assumption that the Predator module taps the wire. If not, you're at more like 250 hp at the wheels.
