With a turbo

you could be close to 400 or so, I did 376 with stock injectors, a zero plate, exhaust housing upgrade, Intake, and not much more. Plate was full forward as well, but then again my pump has 35 more horses, so i wouldnt put about 350 or so out of your ball park with ur upgrades, the turbo will get u over 400

Tx

Plate will give up to about 300 hp on average 180 hp pump. 370's will add 30-50 hp. With stock turbo & delivery valves I expect up to 375 hp. Depending on the turbo upgrade either it will let you use more of the 375 hp or increase it slightly. This is based on comparable trucks.

330hp out of a 100 plate? I am highly doubting that one. Cause I have a 100 plate and it doesnt feel much faster than my 10.

Wrong digit combo, 300 hp on an average pump.

I cracked 300 rwhp with a #4 plate in stock position (nearly full back) and probably can get another 30-40 hp by sliding it forward. I have a hot 180 pump compared to many.

Have you checked your governor lever position to get max fuel around 2,000 rpm?

EGTs are a tough call. The mods you decribe can hit easily hit 1,600°.
Anything beyond 1,200° is not good because of RFG failure.
