How loud is a truck in the cab with twin 5" mitered stacks? I will be re-using my walker race muffler. The stacks will be 6" taller than the cab. will the noise be excessive compared to a normal 4" system that exits at the rear of the truck?

 

Should be no prob.
I have twin 5 in. turnouts that are about 3 ins. above the cab and it's staight piped.

There is a drone about 75 mph.
It's a littloud loaded heavy but not that bad.
I just crank the tunes and go on.

Believe it or not the in cab noise with my 5 in turnouts (4 in straight) is about the same as my girlfriends with a 3 in. Flowmaster. That is, unless Im really luggin it, which causes my back glass to rattle .
