Don't run without a plate, it screws the arm up.

I can't imagine getting it anywhere near that cheap new even from a Cummins dealer, maybe if they had some old ones setting around after swapping some stock ones out. Just post a classified ad here and you'll most likely get a couple offers.

 

or check out a locale banks dealer, i bet they have a bunch of them in a box.
