How to block wastegate?
Can somebody please give me detailed instructions or a link to a post on how exactly to block the wastegate?

Look for the wastegate diaphram on the lower side of the turbo. Follow the diaphram until you find the hose. Remove hose and install a .22 shell caseing. Then reinstall hose.
