How about this turbo?
How about this turbo?
First, is this a good deal?
Second, will an HX-40 make more power than this turbo. It claims to be identical to a Super B, and a Super B claims to flow 61 lbs per minute = 800-825 cfm.

On a side note, a super B special is supposed to flow 80 lb per minute = 1000+ cfm. But if you run the numbers and they claim 550-625 HP to the ground, then by simple math, at the high end 625Hp/80 lb of air = 7.81 hp/lb of air so in theory, that little super B at peak could make 7.81x61 lbs air = 476.6 HP.
Now maybe the super B chokes up and that limits HP to 425, not sure.
Third, I hate turbo lag. In the winter the stock turbo is fine, but in the summer at these high altitudes, it is too slow. I want to be able to roast the tires when the turbo spools in third. Not chirp, not spin, ROAST!
