Does anyone know anything about Industrial injections hipo vp44? I'm wondering if it has upgraded electronics or just a modified fuel delivery setup.

 

I spoke with a guy from Ind Inj he said " the start count of the brain has been increased from 5,000 to 150,000. If this statement is in fact true, the stock pumps is programed to set a code after 5,000 starts.

I hope this is not correct. If it is correct, I wonder if there is a way to tell how many start counts are remaining on a pump? Might need to do some more digging to confirm this information.

 

I have not heard about the 5000 starts issue, but I did put a HRVP44 on in July. Love it so far, I believe it to be a step up in all issues. Tomorrow the Vulcan big line kit and Holley Blue pump go on, and I expect to get better response from the pump.

 

First I've heard about the start count. I can't imagine why they would want it to set a code after a fixed number of counts? Maybe someone else will post with more info. Tiny, thanks for the info. I think if all is well and the electronics have been improved this pump sure sounds like a good deal to me!! Keep us posted. Thanks again for the info.
