HID lights/ Projector Lights ?
not that I know of, some guy on pavementsucks a while back took a set of sport headlights and put in an HID projector from an audi or something. they came out sweet, might wanna do a search over there.
I thought about them, but I found out that besides the expense, they only operate on high-beam, because they don't come on fast enough to be used for low beam. I figured, why spend all that money to make it happen, and only get a high beam upgrade.

no projectors, but lots of HID's. Their just 9004 swaps....nothing special about 'em. They do do away with the Hi-Beam though, but their bright enough that you don't miss the high beams. Here's a link for some... http://www.hidking.com/9004.htm They're plug and play and draw much less current than filament bulbs so your factory wiring doesn't need to be changed...just put in the bulbs, plug in the new HID harness to your existing headlight plugs, mount the transformers and voila. The 8,000K's are a nice crisp white, and not offensive to other drivers as long as they're aimed right.
I am gong to do the conversion, as it's dark here alot of the winter months and our poor stock 2nd gen lights aren't very good. HID's are cheaper than upgrading to the sport headlights, and alot less hassle IMHO.

What's the total price of the swap that you're telling us about?
i was wandering the same thing... i looked into those sites but what they claim for the price is sounds to good to be true.. i have the napa brand hyper whites and theyre twice as bright as the stock bulbs but are still pretty dull....

a friend of mine owns his own company making these kits and I just got some for my Expedition. They are awesome! Very easy to install and are super bright. Contact him and tell him I sent you and I am sure you will be very very happy with his prices, products and most of all service. His site is set up more toward motorcycles so just send him an e-mail and let him know what you are looking for.
