has anyone had problems with a BD RAD box ??? dash failure for one , may not be related ... thought i'd ask Thanks

 

I had one that went bad. It ended up being the box itself. BD warrantied the box for me.

The only problem I have had is with my wiring.

 

I've heard that it kills your tach. But that's about all I know.

 

thanks for info guys, it turned out to be a connector on the column was lose , it made dash say off
P.S. to BigBlue ..it kills the WHOLE dash when its on , but wow does it run hard

 

Thanks for the heads up. I thought it only killed the tach.

 

Mine would only kill the tach and the engine note would change when it kicked in 3-5 seconds after flipping the switch to red. The only thing I ever disliked about it was the check engine light you get afterwards, but it's a small price to pay for those neck snapping launches

 

hmmmm ... i must have a new gen rad box, my motor sound stays the same and dash dies.... anyway, amen to the neck snapping
