Help with Clutch/injectors

I have a 2000 5sp with TST Comp, BHAF, FASS, and guages. I know I want some Injectors (100 to 150HP) and a smarty and I need a clutch. I know I want a South Bend but dont know which one I need. I do occasionally pull 15K and have heard some clutches are Grabby? what does that mean? what I am looking for is a clutch that will hold my TST, Future injectors and Smarty as well as be capable of pulling whatever I may need to. I dont want it to slip if I do a boosted launch in 2nd or 3rd either. On the injectors what do you all recomend for pulling sometimes as well as fuel mileage and power? I have no plans on adding anymore power mods than the TST, Injectors, and Smarty.

Do it right the first time--Mach 4s and SBC DD clutch. You won't have to upgrade or replace either one.

Like the other two said. Dual Disc if you want to do boosted launches.

IF, you can live with out boosted launches, but still being able to get on it hard and beating the poop out of it, a South Bend OFE will do great. Also about $1000 cheaper to.

Ok, I cannot afford a DD so I guess I will just have to not do launches from third and only a few in second. If I go with Mach 4's what kind of RWHP should I be putting down with my TST Comp and everything else I have? How bout with a smarty? Torque?
