cleaned map and air temp sensors earlyer now when i start my truck it idles at 2000 rpms

 

What did you clean them with and did you let them dry before you reinstalled them? Did you mess with any other parts?

 

didnt mess with anything elce yes waited till dry and carb cleaner by recomidation from others.

 

this happened to me when i changed my fuel filter. grab the throttle cable and jiggle it around a bit. i had to do that twice and it went back to normal. first time brought it down to around 1500 then the second got it back to 800. good luck
