Heavy Duty countershaft for NV4500

Having trouble with the countershaft breaking of third gear teeth and was just wondering if anyone makes heavy duty shafts thanks

i heard that "standard transmission and gear" have good products. not sure if they are considered "heavy duty" but might give em a call. think they r out of ft. worth
