Has anyone made up a heat shield for a BHAF?
If so, have you noticed ANY differences over not having one?

I made one for my filter a while back, and noticed no real differences. I wouldnt worry about it, but they do look cool

I've seen about a 50*F (roughly) EGT drop with mine... Not much to worry about but I want to play it safe. I do a lot of off roading where there isn't much air flow under the hood.

This is the one in the TECH FACTS above... I printed out the pattern and went to a friends place and cut it out... Not hard at all about a 20 minute project!
