Unhappy Hearing ENGINE tones through subwoofers

After a hard night at a mud bog, bouncing crap around in the cab etc, I noticed that my amp and 2 12" subs "whine" with the RPMs of the motor when I have the volume turned down..

This didn't happen before..

I have the amp hooked to the drivers side battery... Any ideas for me?

From what I remember from my sterio days. It usually has to do with the ground.

It's a grounding issue for sure. Try to find a body/frame ground near the back of the truck.

Or the alternator has a leaky diode. Getting wet can do that. I recently changed my alternator for that exact reason.

Are you running the stereo wires too close to the spark plug wires.

I had the same problem for a while, changed the ground, and it went away.

I think the two of you are both a quart low on blinker fluid...

You might order up some muffler bearings too...
