I need to get that kit, will make a little brighter but will best of all save your head light switch from failure ED

Had one in mine since it was a year old. Saves the headlight switch for you and gives better light. Easy install, well worth the money!

The relays will brighten the lights but not much, the real benefit is longer life for the headlight switch.

you are semi-correct. the idea of that particular harness is great - but the build quality is not the greatest. if you can solder or want to learn how, then i would suggest building your own with larger wire and better relays . . .

you can buy a kit from here: http://www.danielsternlighting.com/p.../products.html (# RIK-RAM)

or you can buy a well built harness from here: http://suvlights.com/product_info.php?products_id=112

i had the LMC harness at one time - and it worked well for the time i had it, but i could tell it was built poorly the minute it arrived. i have since done a sport light conversion and built my own harness properly with good compnents.

no. it's a tight fit, but with enough trial and error you will get them off. a smaller set of hands would be great . . . i also used a mini slot screwdriver to release the tabs and then pushed forward slightly instead of doing all the work with your fingers.
